SAPIEN’s PrimalScript 2007 Available
By Adam Bell | August 16, 2007
It looks like PrimalScript 2007 is now available.
You can download a trial from here.
Now as an all round scripting IDE I think this is an excellent product, though I’ve not had a look at this latest offering. The question is, if you just want an IDE for PowerShell, how will it fare against the building list of competitors?
Now PrimalScript has a mature background in it’s favour, and I’m going to take a wild guess and presume that the debugger will work on PowerShell – I’ve only ever used it with VBScript in the past. The down side of course is the cost comparison, and the fact that debugging can be achieved within the shell itself.
I’m still not convinced to move from my earlier assessment.
- Yet.
I think it’s time I started to take a closer look at some of the new tools though.
