		<description>As I see it the Set-Car.ps1 allows for gplink creation and deletion which is not the same as the rights to link GPO&#039;s.
In that case you should grant :
$rights    = &quot;ReadProperty, WriteProperty&quot;

also it seems to be an typo:
ActiveDirectoryAccessRule($acc, $rights..
should be
ActiveDirectoryAccessRule($account, $rights..
