I’m an Australian Technology Evangalist, that is fortunate enough to be paid for a living. I don’t have to work outside exposed to the elements, lift heavy things, or dig deep trenches for a living, which is probably a good thing or I’d go hungry!

I like to find interesting people, who are thought provoking. Someone who can provide a passionate argument with something rational to support their view (better than “because I said so.”)

In the corporate space I am heavily interested in Infrastructure Solution Architecture and Automation. The idea is to provide simple but effective solutions to complex problems.

I’m an advocate of applying more effort to development to ensure a better end-user experience, and simplified management. Surprisingly many people are resistant to this approach.

In that fictional space that is my spare time I like spending time with my family, engage in new technologies, Open Source solutions, riding my motorcycle, and occasionally jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.

I am married with three energetic children, a dog, and more computer equipment than my wife approves of ;)
